Day 8 of 91 - Resting day SORE!

Interesting. Either running for a minute at a time, or running on a treadmill, made me quite a bit more sore in the ankles and calves. Running on the treadmill felt better but was definitely more "poundy." Wonder if that's why...but it's still not horrible, it's mild.

Sometimes the cadence on the treadmill is very different from what its like outside, so we can get sore b/c we are using different the same muscles but just a tiny bit differently, if that makes any sense. It is good to do though b/c its just another way of mixing it up. If you concentrate, you can make the treadmill work less bouncy and adjust your gait to be more natural. Its good to do b/c then bad weather can't get you out of your groove. Keep up the wonderful work my friend, xo
